Reason Required
For comparison with other sectors e.g. HE and schools.
Reviewing increases in senior pay compared to other staff. Understand how pay may relate to recruitment and retention or movement within the sector

Collection Requirements
- Either Annual Salary or Hourly Rate should be collected for all staff members
Notes
If a staff member holds more than one contract, then Hourly Rate should just be for the main contract. The main contract should be the one that is for the most hours. Include any London weighting element where applicable for the staff member.
